• Orlando Nails Booking Policy At Orlando Nails, we strive to provide every client with the highest quality service and a smooth booking experience. To ensure that all clients receive the attention and care they deserve, we kindly request that you review and adhere to the following booking policy. 1. Appointment Reservations Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at our salon. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that sometimes schedules change. We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows will result in a 50% service charge to the card on file. If you are running late, please call the salon to inform us. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services to fit the remaining time. 3. Group Bookings For group appointments or special events, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on the day of service. Group appointments require a 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid losing the deposit. 4. Payment Methods We accept all major credit cards, cash, and contactless payments. Gratuities are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated. 5. Service Guarantee Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns and ensure you are happy with the results. Any requests for adjustments must be made within 48 hours of your original appointment. 6. Health and Safety For the safety of our clients and staff, we adhere to strict sanitation protocols. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Please inform us of any allergies or health conditions that may affect your service. 7. Children and Pets We welcome clients of all ages, but for safety reasons, we kindly ask that children not receiving services be supervised at all times.
